Zuzu the Cat - A Guest Poem

This is the tail of Zuzu the cat.

Zuzu awakes on her favorite rug
The one that lies in front of the fridge.
She knows that she is not alone,
This mysterious  cat arches  her back like a bridge.

As she washes her coat
Fur lands on the floor.
Zuzu is waiting for her
Master to open the door.

Sleeping, stretching,
Grooming, or sunning,
A cat is always waiting
For someone to fill it's bowl.
